Susan Littlejohn

I have been a licensed Broker/Owner of my own firm in Dunedin, Littlejohn Real Estate, LLC, for just about 40 years at 717 Broadway.  I am delighted to recently having been taken over by Coldwell Banker Realty of Belleair.  Growing up in Dunedin and attending all schools makes it very easy to know a lot of people and become a real estate individual.  My office was centrally located right downtown next to the Chamber of Commerce and it was easy to obtain walk-ins especially during the tourist season.  I have seen many markets in my career and have survived them all. 

I have served on the Dunedin Chamber of Commerce Board, the Chamber Foundation for Art, Culture, & Historic Preservation, and past president of the Dunedin History Museum 10 yrs, VP 6 yrs and Trustee 22 years.  I received the Delightful Dunedin award in 2015, and the Pinellas Board of Realtors Distinguished Good Neighbor award. 

Dunedin is a quaint, historic little town on the intercoastal waterway with walking distance up through town to all the shops and restaurants makes it even more popular.  There are many historic homes in the downtown and surrounding area and this along with the fact there is so much to do with the waterfront, two national top rated beaches, Honeymoon and Caladesi Island, a 37 mile long Pinellas Bicycle Trail, a history museum, 9 breweries, a lovely fine art center makes the job easier.  Many events are sponsored during the year held on Main Street and even the Highland Games.
