Katia was born in Lima, Peru to an Italian-French mother and Spanish father, instilling in her a rich cultural heritage from a young age. Her multicultural background and ability to speak English, Spanish and to understand Italian, make her ideally suited for the South Florida market with its diverse international appeal. Growing up on Key Biscayne and Coconut Grove and surrounded by her family's restaurants, she learned the art of hospitality and service, which became second nature to her.

With a thirst for adventure and a desire to explore the world, Katia embarked on a journey that took her to Dubai and the Netherlands. Each destination enriched her perspective and broadened her horizons, shaping her into a true global citizen with a deep appreciation for diverse cultures.

While in Dubai, Katia was part of Strata Global, an Australian property management firm with international roots. Her experience in hospitality seamlessly transitioned into the world of property management where trust, integrity, and commitment became guiding principles in her professional journey.

After many years in high-end resort and membership management, Katia found her way back home from Connecticut to Miami. She currently resides in Palmetto Bay with her husband, daughter, and mother. Family is at the center of her life, and she treasures the strong bonds they share.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Katia is deeply involved with animal rescue organizations. Her spare time is dedicated to supporting the welfare of furry friends and ensuring that dogs find loving, forever homes, which embodies her belief in compassion and making a difference in the lives of others.

Having a keen eye for detail and a dedication to quality over quantity, she approaches every interaction with transparency and a belief in customized service tailored to each individual’s needs.
