JENNY NICHOLSON -- EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND

Jenny is a real estate professional with a heart deeply rooted in the South. Born, raised and having raised a family in the South, Jenny has lived in, and traveled back forth from TN and FL for many years with an understanding of its diverse communities.

~ Jenny began her journey by studying Art Design at Memphis State University, honing her eye for detail and creativity, which later proved to be invaluable in the realm of real estate. She further cultivated her passion for aesthetics and interior design while working at Paul Neville Interiors in Memphis, gaining first hand experiences in transforming space into homes.

~ But it wasn’t just about design for Jenny. She also dedicated herself to nurturing her family, choosing to homeschool their two children and instill in them the values of compassion and community service. This commitment extended beyond her household as Jenny actively participated in the local non-profit volunteer soccer organization, serving on the board and coaching children to not only excel in sports but in life.

~ In the spirit of giving back, Jenny generously donated her time and resources to various charitable organizations, including St. Jude, the Salvation Army, and Fayette Cares, demonstrating a deep-seated dedication to improving the lives of others in the community. Her compassion wasn’t limited to humans alone, as she also supported pet rescue across TN with all of her pets being rescued themselves.

~ Jenny’s love of the Arts is enjoyed with her Reciprocal Membership at the John Mable Ringling Museum of Art. She enjoys taking friends and family as often as possible to this inspiring resource for our community.
