More about Kim Gross

Kim is a native of Connecticut, spent ten years living in Michigan and now has worked and resided in Pinellas County since 2010.  She has lived and worked in the entire Bay area - south Tampa, north and south Pinellas - and is thrilled to call Tampa Bay home.  

 

Kim is a civil engineering graduate of the University of Connecticut.  Her education, training and lengthy technical career in the building industry have given her an advantage in real estate, assisting buyers and sellers with successful transactions.  Accustomed to putting her eye for detail to work, she is motivated to find innovative solutions and actively listen to her clients.  In addition to her work as a consulting engineer, she was a partner in a Tampa commercial real estate brokerage for six years.  Working with a team and collaborating with many levels of professionals comes naturally, and Kim commits a high level of determination and energy into achieving successful closings for her buyers and sellers.

 

Kim enjoys spending time with her family, hitting the tees, paddleboarding, active traveling, playing pickle ball and staying active in her community.
