More about Nikki Richmond
Chicago Southland of Midwestern Illinois offers great places to live and work, which is why Nikki Richmond chose to call it home. With deep roots in Homewood and Olympia Fields, Nikki Richmond came to Coldwell Banker in 2020. Real estate is a passion for Nikki, and with her background in Social Services, it is easy to see why more than 35 families in 2019 called Nikki for help buying and selling.
Nikki Richmond has been a part of the Coldwell Banker family just over one year, but she isn’t just passionate about helping families find their next home. Nikki has served on her local NAUW Chicago Branch, and loves being a part of other Richton Park, Homewood and Flossmoor community events.
A passionate health enthusiast, when Nikki isn’t in the office or volunteering, you’ll often find her at her local gym working out, biking or enjoying time with family and friends.
Nikki has worked in support of local grant initiatives namely the Health Care Jobs for Chicago Southland which was funded through the U.S. Department of Labor. The grant assisted unemployed, dislocated or low-waged incumbent workers and residents of South Suburban Cook, Will, Kendall, Grundy and Kankakee counties. Her work was acknowledged by the U.S. Department of Labor and Governors State University.
Through the framework of the National Association of University Women of which she is a member, Nikki Richmond volunteers with her local community food pantry, and enthusiastically advocates to promote affordable housing initiatives throughout Chicago and Chicago Southland year-round.
