Tiffany has two decades of real estate investing and property management and leadership experience coupled with astute relationship management and emotional intelligence... She works tirelessly to ensure that her clients receive the best service and best deal! She is well versed in the industry and has a sheer passion for creating generational wealth through real estate!

She excels with people and enjoys building cohesive, effective project teams to bring your next development project to life. She's lead teams in various industries spanning from non-for-profit to McKinsey & Co, investment banks - to the United States Government. She founded Willis Property Management in 2006, City Virtual Consultants in 2019, and Tiffany Willis-Johnson & Co #AtYourService affiliated with the international brokerage, Coldwell Banker in 2020.

Tiffany has a passion for people and a special interest in youth and women leadership development. Tiffany was recruited by LeanIn as a Regional Leader in 2015 and she founded the Lean In Illinois, Chicago Women of Power, Chicago Black Women of Power Lean In Chapter(s) which now has over 1800 registered members in 16 circles.

Tiffany holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing and a minor in Management and is currently pursuing her Master's degree at Harvard University. In her limited spare time, she's an avid traveler, who enjoys reading, fine dining, and spending time with her family!
