Marissa Ricchio grew up in several Chicago suburbs including Berwyn, Westchester and Willow Springs before her family settled down in Palos Park. From there she went on to earn her degree in 2004 in Interior Design from Harrington Institute in Downtown Chicago. After graduation she went on to be a Senior Designer and Manager of a showroom for several years. Marissa made her transition into the financial sector in 2008 starting as a marketing specialist and quickly moving up the ladder to work as a Brokerage Consultant for a wealth management and estate planning firm. Marissa has always had a passion for real estate and through the years had homes around the south suburbs including Lockport, Tinley Park and Frankfort appreciating everything each town had to offer. With a passion for real estate, design and finance the decision to get her Illinois Real Estate License was easy. Marissa decided to become a full time Realtor so she could give her clients the utmost attention and support they need. She prides herself on using the latest technology and marketing strategies to help sell homes and negotiate the best price. Marissa understands that when choosing to buy or sell a home it is a big decision and strives to make the process from start to finish go smoothly. She strongly believes that she is only successful if her clients are satisfied and become clients for life and refer her to others.
