Biography/Personal Background

I'm Maria Williams, a real estate broker for Coldwell Banker Realty, Frankfort, Il. servicing the South and Southwest suburbs and Chicago Metropolitan area. I'm detail-oriented, knowledgeable, and resourceful with strong core values. I have integrity, honesty and great work ethics; I treat people the way I'd want to be treated, with the utmost dignity and honesty!

What initially prompted me to join the real estate industry was a negative experience my daughter endured in purchasing her condominium. This experience revealed to me the dismal need for hardworking real estate brokers who realize it's, about the client not the agent!

I have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Loyola University, Chicago and a Master of Business Administration degree from Governors State University. I have the business acumen and self-motivated mindset to assist a wide range of clients with all of their real estate needs.

Before joining the real estate industry, I spent over 20 years in financial accounting and management, gaining proficiency in the budget process. Throughout my time in the business industry, I exceeded expectations by achieving organizational goals while remaining within budget guidelines. The skills I acquired from my corporate experience clearly parallels with my real estate career, which I use daily in assisting my clients in reaching their real estate goals.

What continuously sets me apart from other agents is that I'm a full-time agent who is completely devoted to my clients, without any distraction of other work. I'm the agent clients can rely on to be proactive, resulting in the prevention of potential problems that will, in turn, provide a more positive and less stressful experience in the purchase or sell of their home.

In my spare time, I enjoy giving back to the community by volunteering as an advocate for the Young Women's Christian Organization. I'm also a member of the National Military Family Association, National Association of Realtors, and Illinois Association of Realtors.

I currently reside in Olympia Fields with my husband and dog, Cooper. My familiarity with the South Suburban and Metropolitan Chicago markets make me the go-to resource for clients trying to find the perfect place to call home.
