After working her entire career in the banking and financial industry, Pam Greer decided to make the transition into real estate after flipping a few homes in the Chicagoland area.That’s when PRG Properties was birthed and Greer became a full time licensed realtor so that she could assist and educate others with buying and investing in real estate.

Having worked as a senior foreclosure specialist, senior bankruptcy specialist and a mortgage loan underwriter, Greer has extensive knowledge of the mortgage process. “I always had a strong desire to get into real estate,” she reveals. “Wanting to help and educate others is my passion.” Equipped with a master’s degree in organizational leadership with a minor in business from Lewis University, Greer is now a successful entrepreneur and Full time Realtor with Coldwell Banker Realty.

Growing up in Chicago in the Austin area, Greer now resides in the West suburbs the past 20 years and serves the West Suburbs and the Chicagoland area, specializing in luxury, new construction, investment properties, first-time homebuyers and sellers looking to upgrade or downsize their homes. “I pride myself on going above and beyond to get my clients exactly what they desire in a home,” she explains. “I will consistently exceed expectations and always over deliver.” And that mindset has paid off. Greer’s business continues to thrive at Coldwell Banker, where she has become a multi million dollar producer.

One of my biggest accomplishments in 2023 was being chosen to Host the National Emmy nominated show The American Dream, a TV show that features Lifestyle, Culture and Real Estate. Other accomplishments Greer was a guest Panelist at the Women's Diversity Council Conference and also a guest panelist at the She Rocks it Women's Expo 2024 in Naperville. “Having the opportunity to speak of my knowledge and experience to a room full of women on a panel with other industry professionals was an extraordinary accomplishment for me,” she shares.

Greer will also be a Honoree for the 2024 She Rocks it Gala celebrating Women Who Rock in Naperville. In Additional Greer is a Mentor, Certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert, Member of Mainstreet Organization of Realtors YPN Committee (Young Professionals Network) and also serving on the Mainstreet Organization of Realtors Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee. Upcoming 2024 events Greer will be a guest panelist for the Women's Council of Realtors on Luxury Real Estate and also the Radiant Rise Women's Empowerment Conference in Naperville. “My mission is to be a change agent in the Real Estate Industry and continue to push the culture forward while making a difference and an impact in the lives of the people I work with.” I look forward to earning your business.
