Amanda Nunez

Originally from Houston, TX, my journey into the world of real estate began long before I started my professional career. Growing up in a family deeply entrenched in real estate, I developed a keen understanding early on. Before transitioning to real estate, I worked as a project manager at my family's commercial flooring company, where I managed projects all the way from bidding to punch lists.

Growing up my father’s career as a real estate investor began with flipping houses and expanded to include investments in commercial properties and Class A apartments, serving as an inspiring blueprint for my own path. My younger brother joined the industry in commercial real estate at Matthews, While I found my niche in residential real estate, bringing a unique blend of hands-on project management experience and a deep appreciation for home design and architecture.

The decision to relocate to Northern Kentucky marked a significant chapter in my life. Here, my partner and I spend our free time renovating historic homes, along the charming river cities. This endeavor allows me to blend my love for architecture and interior design with my professional expertise.
