Wayne Terrio

After a successful career in high end automotive sales, Wayne combined his love for customer service with a passion for entrepreneurship founded Boston Private Car, Inc. (chauffeur), eventually adding private concierge services to assist clients organize all aspects of their business and family life.

At Coldwell Banker, he helps make buying/selling a home a stress-free experience by providing his clients with ethical timely assistance each step of the way. He finds gratification in being an intricate part of something so personal in assisting his buyer clients in finding “THE” place seller clients receiving the price that their patience foresight warrants.

Wayne enjoys affiliating at a large, diverse office and regularly mentors newer agents by showing them best business practices. Being at a large office also helps him stay up to date on market trends and he's always able to seek advice and ideas from other highly experienced colleagues.
