Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Announces New Branch Office Leadership
BALTIMORE, MD (June 26, 2018) – Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has named Sharon Crisafulli as the new branch vice president of the company’s Carroll County Regional office, where she will lead approximately 60 independent sales associates. Crisafulli will replace Steve Donegan, who has accepted the position of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s real estate coordinator in Chicago.
Crisafulli began her 12-year tenure at Long & Foster in Mount Airy and successfully expanded her region into Frederick and Hagerstown to lead over 250 agents and multiple branch offices. Crisafulli’s strong marketing and recruitment strategies earned her a ranking in the top 10 for profitability and positioned her as the number one recruiter at Long & Foster in the Baltimore and Western Maryland region.
