We're Building Stronger, More Empowered Communities

Since 2006, the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage CARES foundation has raised more than $1 million for more than 100 of nonprofit organizations in our communities. Throughout the Mid-Atlantic area, independent sales associates and employees of Coldwell Banker raise funds through donations from sales commissions, employee payroll deductions and numerous events. These include art auctions, yard sales, a golf tournament, casino night and other fundraisers supported by the local offices.

We also support many charities by being "hands on." The Baltimore offices participate in the American Heart Association's Heart Walk and hold an annual Casino Night event, which raised approximately $30,000 last year. The Washington, D.C. offices support the American Heart Association's Go Red campaign and U.S. Marine Corps Toys for Tots campaign. Together, they also sponsor the annual Harvest for the Hungry food drive, collecting nearly 36,000 pounds of food for our Mid-Atlantic neighbors this year.

Many sales associates have pledged to make a donation to the Coldwell Banker CARES foundation from every closing transaction. By allowing Coldwell Banker to assist you in buying or selling a home, you help Coldwell Banker create a powerful resource for many local charitable organizations.
