Jason Smith Named Relocation Director of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Mid-Atlantic Region
ELLICOTT CITY, MD (September 12, 2016) – Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has named Jason Smith as the new relocation director for the company’s operations in the Mid-Atlantic region. Smith will oversee corporate relocations and referral networks.
Smith is a Certified Relocation Professional and brings seven years of experience in relocation and expertise in government and corporate employee moves. He has previously worked in real estate sales as a top-producing agent, honing his skills in relocation, network building and management. Most recently, he served as the senior relocation specialist with Deloitte, LLP, managing a caseload of over 100 transferees with both domestic and international moves. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in international studies from George Mason University.
“I’m looking forward to getting to know my colleagues on the Relocation Team and all of the outstanding agents, brokers and support staff in the region,” said Smith. “I’m very excited by this opportunity and look forward to contributing to the team as quickly as possible.”
