Betty Batty Named Branch Vice President of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Georgetown Office
WASHINGTON, D.C. (February 1, 2016) — Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has named Betty Batty as the new branch vice president of the company’s Georgetown office, where she will lead 90 independent sales associates. Batty brings nearly six years of experience in real estate and is moving from the company’s Bethesda office.
Batty has been a top producer in the Washington, D.C. region for the past several years. Over 90% of her business is referrals from past clients. Batty is often praised by her clients for her positive attitude, thorough commitment to client satisfaction, and knowledge of the region’s real estate market.

Betty is a Certified Negotiation Expert, a certification that a small percentage holds in the area and has also completed the National Association of Realtor’s Green Designation.
