Ricardo J. Guice Affiliates with Coldwell Banker Commercial
WASHINGTON, D.C. (April 26, 2016) — Ricardo J. Guice has affiliated with Coldwell Banker Commercial’s Georgetown office. Guice brings over 20 years of experience in business development, consulting, and advertising.

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Commercial, Guice supported C. Ray Baker & Associates in their efforts to provide management consulting as a federal government contractor. Guice then coordinated statewide advertising campaigns for Florida -based Clear Channel Outdoor and served as Principal for Tanner Media Group, a media consulting firm in Tampa Bay.
Guice’s real estate experience includes developing market reports, transaction analytics, and property valuations.
