My name is Uriah Wilkinson and I have been selling real estate since 2006.

This industry has afforded many opportunities to challenge my limits and grow with its evolution as I assist people -- from all walks-of-life -- to accomplish their Real Estate goals.

Challenging? Absolutely, but very fulfilling.

Growing up in the Northland and raising my own children in Cloquet has given me a perspective that goes beyond the experience I have gained. This affords me the ability to provide the much needed experience to navigate an ever-changing industry and to be my best for both customers and clients.

I have spent the last 10 years on the Cloquet Planning Commission, and various task forces for the City which gives my clients a unique and competent assessment to whatever their Real Estate approach may be.

Markets will fluctuate all the time and what is true about those markets today, may not be the case tomorrow. When you work with me (Uriah Wilkinson) and partnered with Coldwell Banker, you can expect that you will receive what you need to hear...not what you want to hear.
