Since 1973, our firm has been guided by a set of principles. Over the years, they have been modified to reflect a changing environment, but the basic mission has remained the same. What is My Philosophy?
Buying a home is a major event in everybody's life, and it should be enjoyable and hassle-free! I take my job and your needs very seriously and approach real estate with the utmost professionalism, but who ever said we can't have fun in the process?
Nothing compares to helping somebody search for their new home and nothing is as satisfying as finding the right house and having that offer accepted. Although we may drive all over the city, suburbia, and the countryside looking at homes and neighborhoods, it's such an exciting time in a person's or family's life -- it's fun and usually doesn't feel like a job!
From suggesting simple house upgrades and offering services to make the experience better, all the way down to the nitty-gritty details of contracts and negotiations, it's my pleasure helping people with their real estate needs.
Specialization, and Other Things:
Jack of all, master of none. As a self-motivator, there's an innate desire to be the best at everything. Here is a little about who I am and what I do:
- I have a 4-year college degree in business management, along with a storied resume of taking care of people just like you. Your needs are what I cater to, not the other way around. Isn't that refreshing?
- If you don't know what I'm talking about in the bullet point above, I hope to show you soon. Don't settle for anything less.
- Our personal relationship means the world to me. Life is all about interactions we have and the people we meet. I'm not a smash and grab operation. I'll get the job done very well for you and hopefully we leave the transaction with a lifelong professional or maybe even personal relationship.
- I am Motivated and determined to do the RIGHT job for you. You help define this per your needs. Selling or buying, you won't meet a more diligent agent.
- Who says we can't have a little fun in the process? Life is that much better with humor and fun sprinkled into the process.
For home buyers:
I will be there to guide you through the exciting process of searching for and buying a home. From preapproval and the search for your beautiful new home, to negotiating and closing the deal and long after, you can expect I will be on your side. I'm not a "one and done" agent and you're not just a sale to be made. You're a person to me and your needs are more important to my business than anything.
