Having grown up in St Louis I am experienced in the entire St. Louis area. I live in Kirkwood and I focus on the communities of Kirkwood, Webster Groves, Ladue, Chesterfield, Town and Country, Clayton, Frontenac, Brentwood, Ballwin, Glendale, Des Peres, Sunset Hills, Crestwood and Creve Coeur and Olivette.
I feel it is important to be sure my clients are fully educated in the process of buying or selling their home. I work hard to provide them with pertinent real time information! After sitting down with clients I have a solid understanding of their needs and what areas will best suit their priorities. My background is in property management, problem solving and general contracting. I am a lifetime resident of Kirkwood and have lived in St. Louis for most of my life! I have been involved in my community and in various volunteer organizations such as @The Junior League of St. Louis, @St Louis Race for the Cure, @Speak For Unspoken, Support Dogs of St. Louis, and I have been involved with mentoring school children in the Kirkwood School District as well as I having been on the Board at The Lab School (formerly Eden Lab School). I currently am very involved with the Kirkwood Schools as my daughter goes here! I volunteer at Keysor Elementary School and am involved with North Middle School as she moves up in grades. My love of dogs has kept me active with transport of Special Needs Dogs through Speak for the Unspoken and the Humane Society. Recently my daughter and I have become involved with the Epilepsy Foundation. This is a non profit that is very close to our hearts as our daughter has a form of Epilepsy. All of these projects and positions have given me the ability to communicate effectively with my clients and advocate for them. -Various Secretarial positions 1981 -1984 Typical Secretarial duties including but not limited to Typing, Shorthand, Answering Phones, Making Appointments, and picking up and delivering "Whatever" as necessary for my bosses. - Property Manager 1984-1991 In charge of two commercial properties in downtown St Louis with an approximate SQ of 15,000 each and managed three residential buildings in the Lafayette and Compton heights neighborhoods. My job consisted of daily interaction with the tenants in all buildings as well as handling the monies from a surface lot at one of the buildings. I supervised four employees. - Residential Real Estate Agent 1991-Present List and Sell Homes in the St. Louis Area. I counsel the home Owner on PRICING to SELL, READY homes for the market including walking Sellers through their homes and giving them the correct information to get their houses SOLD. I help them navigate the paperwork and the inspections in order to have a seamless moving process. If they are moving within the St. Louis/St. Charles areas I find properties that not only meet their needs but also give them as many of their desired qualities as possible! When I look for homes for BUYERS, I focus on their PRIORITIES. It is important to LISTEN to what they want in a HOME as well as a lifestyle.
