More about Chris Rosenthal

Professional Experience

I earned my real estate salesperson’s license in 2005 and was soon hired as a full-time property manager for a local leasing & management company where I gained success in all facets of residential real estate: selling, listing, leasing and managing single family homes, condos and multi-family property. I was also the primary contact for over 150 tenants.

While working there, I purchased a duplex in the Franz Park Neighborhood in Dogtown. I enjoy keeping it as an investment. Providing a home for great tenants is rewarding in many ways.

I became a broker and started Big Bend Property Management LLC in 2009, which became Rosenthal Realty in 2011. I managed, leased, listed and sold property for many happy clients all over St. Louis for over 4 years.

In 2013 I joined Coldwell Banker Gundaker’s Town & Country office to help connect with over 150 of the area’s most successful Realtors. We are the #1 office in the state of Missouri, and Coldwell Banker Gundaker is the #1 company in St. Louis.

I look forward to utilizing my skills, experience and resources to assist you with your next real estate transaction.

Personal

I was born in Manchester, Missouri and have moved quite a bit. I grew up in Webster Groves, spent a few years in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and graduated from high school at Ladue. I earned my degree in Consumer and Family Economics at the University of Missouri-Columbia.

I met Suzanne after college and we married 3 years later. She encouraged me to pursue what makes me happy, which is why I work in real estate. She is great kindergarten and first grade teacher for the Maplewood Richmond-Heights School District.

Our son Adam is a happy and energetic little boy, and we feel so blessed to have him.

We rescued our dog Rosie when we lived in Dogtown. We still own and lease the duplex we used to live in.

Shortly after Adam was born, we bought our home in Manchester after selling our small condo in Wildwood. It is pretty neat how I came back to own my first house just a mile away from the house I was born in. I volunteer as the Chairman of our subdivision, Town & Country South (224 homes on and around Windingpath Lane between Hanna and Sulphur Spring).

One other thing I must mention is my love for soccer. I have over 20 years experience playing, coaching and refereeing, and I look forward to coaching my son in the years ahead.
