Rick Randall

Rick’s journey into the real estate profession started after a twenty-year career in the tennis business where among other jobs he was the head pro at St Louis Country Club and helped in the very successful development of Sea Oaks Tennis Community in Vero Beach Florida.

After returning to St Louis from Florida Rick joined Pace Properties. During a thirty-year career at Pace Properties as Senior Vice President of Development Rick was involved in the development of some of the highest end Retail Developments in the St Louis market including The Boulevard, Brentwood Square, and Manchester Highlands. Along with his shopping center development activities Rick exclusively represented some of the top national retailers, including Costco, Car Max and Ikea. Rick’s success in commercial real estate was fueled by his unwavering dedication to his client’s needs above all else.

Together with his wife Susie, who has been with Coldwell Banker Realty - Gundaker for over twenty years, they will collaborate as Randall Residential. Together Susie and Rick will bring the experience, knowledge and communication skills to handle the most complex and high end residential real estate transactions in the St. Louis market.

Rick is very active in the Community where he serves on the Board of Directors of Greater St. Louis Honor Flight, Dwight Davis Memorial Tennis Center and the St Louis Tennis Hall of Fame. Together Rick and Susie own the Charity “America’s Heartland Remembers”. Their charity works with families who have lost family members while serving in the military or as first responders to make sure their Heroes are never forgotten. On the five-year anniversaries of 9/11 America’s Heartland Remembers does a flag display on Art Hill known as Flags of Valor. It takes over 1,000 volunteers to make this event happen.

While not working Rick’s hobbies include grandkids, art, photography, tennis and pickleball.
