Bill is a native St. Louisan and is familiar with real estate markets throughout the St. Louis area. He is energetic, knowledgeable and experienced in providing top-flight client service. Whether working with buyers or sellers, he conducts business with discernment, integrity and complete dedication to meeting his clients' objectives. Bill is equally at ease working in most price ranges, particularly the upper end. His sales in recent years include 9875 Litzsinger Road, 25 Foreway Drive on the St. Louis Country Club grounds, 3 Ballantrae, and 2 Holiday Lane, all multi-million dollar properties. In the $500,000 to $1 million-plus category, Bill's sales include 4342 McPherson, 9143 Pine, 6969 Amherst and 31 Fordyce Lane. He has sold or listed condominiums in fine buildings in the Central West End, including the Park Tower East, the ABC and the Chouteau Condominiums, as well as 625 S. Professional Education and Designations
Bill is a graduate of one of the top real estate license preparation schools in the St. Louis area, where he scored in the top academic one percent among his fellow candidates. Since licensure, he has taken numerous courses in mastering the finer points of the real estate profession.

Personal
Bill believes in establishing strong long-term relationships with his clients, whether helping them find their first home, locating the right family house or preparing them for retirement living. He works hard to handle every aspect of a transaction with care and dispatch, doing whatever necessary to achieve the desired results while reducing client stress and making things run as smoothly as possible. Bill is straightforward and no-nonsense, but good-natured and enjoyable to work with. He's a graduate of John Burroughs School in St. Louis and Tufts University, attends the Church of St. Michael and St. George, and is a member of the St. Louis Racquet Club. When not representing his clients' interests, Bill finds time for community service and performing in his Dixieland group,the St. Louis River Critters.
