A Realtor since 1991, Joan is a consistent producer whose awards and recognitions reflect her strong sales record. She has been a longtime recipient of the coveted Five Star Award by New Jersey Magazine, an award that she treasures most as she is nominated for that one by her clients.

A former teacher, Joan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Education. She is patient, knowledgable, determined and a skilled negotiator. " Teaching takes place everywhere! In the classroom, it's math, reading and science. In real estate, it involves teaching clients the value of informed decisions based on current market information and trends. There's so much information out there! I give them guidance and knowledge."

The transferee comes armed with internet knowledge, but I show them what makes our area special. I introduce them to our towns, schools, transportation systems, sports programs. I work with them through their negotiations, mortgage process, the complex inspection issues, the closing process.

It's a joy to see the babies of those I've helped move to grow up and have babies of their own. I've even been in the delivery room for the birth of one of my client's babies! How cool is that!  Watching your kids grow!  It's probably one of is the greatest blessings of what I do.
