While still working as a Hair and Makeup Artist, Awaka and her husband purchased their first multi family investment property.

After designing and renovating their investment property, adding an additional bedroom and bathroom and over 1,000 sq ft of outdoor entertainment space; Awaka decided to combine her talents offering her expertise to future property owners.

When she isn’t helping people find their dream home, Awaka can be found doing Pilates, cooking for family and friends and setting up play dates for her two small sons.
