A proud Jersey girl, Debra was born in Morristown and grew up in Maplewood. She has amazing memories of summers at the Jersey shore.  After college, Debra lived in NYC before settling back in New Jersey to raise a family. She lived in Montclair for 20 years and recently downsized to Cedar Grove.

Debra has over 30 years' experience is sales and marketing.  Just prior to becoming a real estate agent, Debra was as an Account Manager for  Martindale Hubbell, a prominent legal marketing company, working with attorney's and law firms to develop online marketing strategies to increase exposure and gain clients.  In 2019 Debra made the long awaited move to real estate where her sales and marketing background serves her well. Debra joins Coldwell Banker after having been on the Sue Adler team, one of the highest performing teams in the country and #1 team in NJ with sales of over $350,000,000 in 2021.  After achieving tremendous success on Sue's team, she was primed to go out on her own as a solo agent. 
Debra has found that frequent, direct communication, explaining the process in detail and setting the proper expectations is one way to lessen the stress of buying and selling a home.  She does this by listening closely to her clients, asking lots of questions to fully understand the clients' needs and then work diligently to accomplish her client's stated goals.  
Debra strives to be a go-to resource for anything real estate related and beyond !Once a transaction has closed, she looks forward to a continued relationship with her clients and to be a support in any way she can. Many of her client's have become  friends.
Debra is married with one daughter and one very floppy-eared dog. In her spare time, she is an avid reader, loves to exercise,play tennis, garden, cook and of course, eat.
