I am a project oriented person. I love the challenge/fun of finding just the right home for motivated buyers, as well as the process of getting a home ready for sale and marketing it from start to closing. I work patiently and persistently with my clients who often are friends or who become friends. I have their satisfaction at the forefront of my efforts. My involvement in this business has given me a wealth of information which I am open to sharing with both clients and colleagues. I make myself available and communicate well throughout the home buying and selling process.

Professional Profile
I have been actively involved in real estate since 1987 and have enjoyed NJAR Million Dollar Sales Club status success at the silver level in 1999 and the bronze level in 1997, 1998, 2000 and 2001. I am also a Graduate of the Realtor Institute.

Personal Background
I have lived in Short Hills since 1977, when I moved from my hometown of Buffalo, New York. My husband, Peter Phelan, from Montclair, works at Neuberger Berman in Manhattan. We have three daughters, one son and four grandchildren . When not working, I love being with my family and also playing bridge, tennis and paddle tennis. I also enjoy trying new restaurants as well as going to the theater, ballet and movies.
