Originally from California, Jeremy moved to New York to earn a graduate degree in architecture at Columbia University.  Jeremy gained his architectural license while working with a number of large architectural firms.  There he refined the art of assuming personal responsibility for contractual obligations and standing his ground when it came to protecting his client's best interests and honoring his fiduciary duty to them. 

After completing his professional internship, becoming licensed and practicing architecture in New York, Jeremy established his own architectural practice in northern New Jersey focused on the design of private residences.  As an architect, Jeremy gained deep insights into the psyche of how people ascribe purpose and value to real property, especially their personal homes.   

When it comes to New Jersey real estate, Jeremy admires the landscape of the Garden State and how it interacts with its architecture.

When it concerns his clients, Jeremy believes in a philosophy of transparency. He says, “I feel creating something of value has to lead first with integrity, which then creates a solid foundation to do great business together.”

During his spare time, Jeremy can be found soaking up the sun on the Jersey Shore, golfing, and traveling.
