My philosophy is to share my passion and knowledge about home ownership and the real estate transaction to create customers for life.

Home ownership is not a one time transaction but an ongoing financial and emotional investment. The people I meet and work with transcend a client relationship to become friends and confidants. I will be your guide, sharing what I know and will use the extensive resources I have with Coldwell Banker to offer a full service experience.

As a real estate marketing professional for most of my career, I am intimately aware of how homes should be marketed, and how property buyers expect to find information on properties they are seeking.

Today's consumer expects a wide ranging use of traditional and emerging technologies, including print, email, text, internet, mobile apps, social media, video and more to get the information they need.

For sellers this means getting exposure of their home to as many buyers as possible, and for buyers it means providing as much detail as possible up front.

I have spent the last 15 years as a real estate Marketing Executive with Coldwell Banker, consulting with top brokers and real estate agents across the country on how to use the Coldwell Banker brand marketing tools and systems.

As the Product Development Director for several years I created or updated a significant number of the brand marketing, listing and selling tools in use today.

Community Involvement

I have spent most of my adult life in Monmouth and Ocean counties, raising children and growing a family here. I have actively supported and/or volunteered my time with a number of organizations, including cancer and autism awareness, church groups, school groups and organizations, baseball coach, Boy Scouts of America, and Habitat for Humanity to name a few.

I care about the extended community that I live and work in, this is our home. Hurricanes Irene and Sandy have destroyed much in our area, but it also demonstrated the strength and character of the people here who have helped their neighbors so much. I have been personally blessed to have such good neighbors when my family needed help, and it has been important for me to be there for others when I am needed.
