Business Philosophy
My enthusiasm for Real Estate started at a young age and I can't imagine doing anything else. I love Cincinnati and all it has to offer; diverse neighborhoods, rich history, beautiful architectural buildings, and excitement over the revitalization of the downtown area. I give of myself fully in all that I do, whether it is showing houses to a client, interior decorating or shopping, I and am just as good at finding a bargain for myself as I am at negotiating a deal for a client. I love what I do; it’s not a job, it’s a lifestyle!

Vision
As a buyer, I would want a Realtor who is knowledgeable about Cincinnati and who understands the local real estate market. I believe it is important to have someone who listens to my needs and can guide me through the buying process. If I am a first time buyer, I would want a realtor who has the patience to explain it all to me and who doesn't rush me- even if I need to look at 50 homes before I make up my mind. There should be a trust between the agent and the buyer and the buyer should feel that agent is working in their best interests. I pride myself on treating my clients the way I would want to be treated if I was the buyer! I make myself available 24-7 if needed, and I am a tough negotiator to get my clients the best deal I can.
