As a Realtor since 1979, Paul has consistently been a recognizable face in Franklin County PA and Washington County MD real estate where he has built his business through client referrals. Through his experience in sales, as well as positions as a Sales Manager, Brokerage Partner and Owner in real estate offices, located in Waynesboro, Chambersburg, Greencastle, and Hagerstown, MD, Paul has an uncommon advantage in understanding the real estate process.

Additionally, through his personal experience as a Real Estate Investor and Developer, Paul is well-versed and well-equipped to walk clients through the process of Multi-Unit, Commercial and Industrial Property acquisitions, whether existing buildings and businesses or land purchases through to site completion.

As an Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker Realty, Paul annually ranks as one of the company's top salespeople, joining the prestigious President's Club.

Although he specializes in the selling of properties, Paul enjoys working with buyers and is passionate about meeting his client's needs regardless of what side of the transaction they are on. After overseeing thousands of real estate transactions throughout the course of his career, he truly brings a "Let me help you" approach to work on a daily basis.

In addition to his professional responsibilities, Paul is also actively involved with a number of organizations in the community, including Rotary International, the Waynesboro Hospital Board of Directors, MainStreet Waynesboro, the Arts Alliance, and the Greater Waynesboro Chamber of Commerce. He is a past recipient of the Chamber's " Businessperson of the Year" Award.
