David Krieger Named President Of Coldwell Banker Preferred In Greater Philadelphia
PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – David Krieger has been promoted to the role of president of Coldwell Banker Preferred, effective January 1, 2015. In his new position, Krieger will oversee the daily operations of the company's nine real estate offices and nearly 650 affiliated sales associates and employees throughout Greater Philadelphia and the Delaware Valley, including northern Delaware and southern New Jersey. Krieger most recently served as Coldwell Banker Preferred’s senior vice president and general sales manager.
"David brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his new role,” said Maureen Passerini, regional executive vice president for NRT’s Northeast and Eastern Seaboard regions.
