I am a native. My parents were farmers. I left the farm for Charleston when I graduated high school. No regrets. I have been in real estate since l976. I have seen a lot of growth and changes in the Tri-County market. What was once dirt road and forest, are now beautiful plan developments with golf courses, parks, shopping centers, churches, and beautiful homes. The following is a sort of love song about Charleston, SC. It touches my heart and may even move you! Yes, once you have visited our city of charm, distinction and history, it gets to your heart. History abounds, beautiful sandy beaches, golf courses, and a laid back lifestyle are just a few of the reasons my clients have move here. It is a place that is nice to "come home to".
