With more than six years of real estate experience, I am passionate about helping buyers and sellers achieve their goals throughout the greater Charleston area. Originally launching my real estate career in Charlotte, North Carolina, I developed a strong foundation in residential real estate before my husband and I relocated to the beautiful Lowcountry four years ago.

Real estate has been a part of my life long before I became a licensed Realtor®. My husband is a General Contractor who owned and operated his own renovation company, and dad owns a hardwood flooring business. Growing up around the industry and witnessing countless home renovations and construction projects gave me valuable insight into the craftsmanship, functionality, and potential of a home. This background allows me to help clients look beyond the surface and make confident, informed decisions.

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Realty, I spent two years with Pulte Group's Coastal Carolinas division as a New Home Sales Consultant, where I specialized in helping clients navigate the new construction home-buying process. During my time with Pulte, I was honored to earn Rookie of the Year recognition and become the #1 sales consultant in units sold in the Charleston market for 2024.

Today, I combine my experience in both resale and new construction real estate to provide exceptional service to my clients. I especially enjoy working with first-time home buyers, growing families and individuals relocating to Summerville, Charleston, and the surrounding Lowcountry communities. Having made the move myself, I understand the excitement and challenges that come with starting a new chapter and take pride in helping clients find not just a house, but a place to truly call home.

Originally from Ukraine, I am fluent in English, Russian, and Ukrainian, allowing me to serve a diverse range of clients and provide a comfortable, personalized experience throughout the buying and selling process.

When I'm not helping clients explore Charleston real estate opportunities, you'll find me enjoying all that the Lowcountry has to offer with my husband of 17 years and our two beloved pups - Louie, a Standard Labradoodle, and Charlie, a Moyen Poodle. After relocating to South Carolina, we chose to make our home in the award-winning master-planned community of Nexton, and we absolutely love living in Midtown. The sense of community, beautiful amenities, walkability, neighborhood events, and welcoming atmosphere make it unlike anywhere else we've lived. It truly is a happy place to call home, and I love sharing that experience with clients considering a move to the area.
