Jennifer Lind
Regional President, West Region
Jennifer Lind holds the position of Regional President at Coldwell Banker Realty, leading the West region. In this prominent leadership role, she oversees the company's expansive operations across California, Washington, Oregon, and Hawaii. With more than 130 offices and over 11,000 independent agents under her guidance, Lind symbolizes dedication, excellence, and growth in the real estate industry.
Jennifer was named President of Coldwell Banker Realty in Northern California in 2020. Under her leadership, the company achieved an impressive milestone of more than $22.6 billion in sales volume last year. Known for her innovative leadership and strategic vision, she was promoted to the position of Regional President in 2023. Lind's leadership approach is rooted in fostering collaboration and displaying loyalty to the agents she serves.
Lind previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Windermere Real Estate. In this role she oversaw franchise operations and growth strategies for the Western Washington region for 70 franchise owners with a total of 120 offices and 3,400 sales agents. Under her oversight the region yielded 40,000 total transactions and $23 billion in sales volume.
She also served as Vice President of Business Strategy for the real estate company, John L. Scott headquartered in Bellevue, Washington with 110 offices and 3000 agents throughout the Pacific Northwest. In this position she directly led a region of office leaders while being responsible for strategic growth, program implementation, marketing, and luxury initiatives companywide. Her previous experience as a real estate agent, manager, and franchise owner has created true passion for the business and an approach centered around relationships.
Her real estate career began in 2003 when she became a licensed real estate agent. Throughout her career, Lind has also managed to acquire Certified Negotiation Expert and the Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) certifications. Lind also served on the National Association of REALTORS (NAR) Board of Directors.
She finds time to give back to her community through involvement in various organizations, including Ronald McDonald House, Volunteers of America, Feeding America, and Humble Design.
