Charise Irby is a Connecticut native who pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a concentration in Criminal Justice and Criminology from Southern Connecticut State University, and graduated as a “Cum Laude”. 

She was inspired to become a realtor after witnessing her mother Selinda Kirby service her clients throughout her 20 plus years working in real estate. Charise is a passion driven real estate agent committed to providing top-tier service to every client at all price points. The knowledge, passion, and drive that Charise exudes has allowed her to make transactions as seamless and simplistic as possible. Her striking tenacity and negotiation style is what sets her apart. Charise’s enthusiasm for educating her clients about the benefits of homeownership, allotted her the opportunity to really connect with her clients, and therefore earn repeated business and referrals through past clients. 

When Charise is not assisting her real estate clients, she enjoys spending her free time with her family, traveling, and reading. She also participates in a variation of business events, and has a love for animals.
