Amanda Huggins

I became a licensed sales associate at the end of 2002. I interviewed with a handful of brokers, but I knew I wanted to be licensed under Debra McMillen with the Coldwell Banker South Tampa office after speaking with her about starting my real estate career. I was in my younger twenties and had a lot to learn about real estate, therefore the education offered by the brokerage was especially important to me during my interview process. I found that Coldwell Banker had the best training program available along with staff and tools to assist me in learning how to be a top real estate agent. I still believe that Coldwell Banker offers the best tools available for learning and advancing your real estate career.

I began my career under the guidance of Debra McMillen and opportunities she presented to me. I established an internet presence and developed a niche in selling REO / Bank-owned homes. I created relationships with many asset management companies and started a team of agents selling distressed properties. I assisted many agents in getting established in this niche that led them to very successful real estate careers.

After working in real estate for ten years I decided to take some time off to travel. I came back into the area in 2018 and began working at Debra McMillen’s office in Belleair Bluffs. I took a position with the company assisting agents to learn about all aspects of real estate. I really enjoy sharing the knowledge that helped me become successful with other agents and watching them launch and grow their business.
