A Miami resident since 1978, Judy has been a licensed Realtor-Associate in Florida for over 25 years. She decided to become a Realtor after becoming convinced that her abundant energy, outgoing nature, dedicated work ethic, and insistence on perfection as a goal in all she undertakes, merged with the many friends and contacts she had made over decades of community and charitable activities, would make her an ideal real estate agent. She brought her son, Nathan, into the real estate business in 2003, and they became known as “The Zeder Team.” Her daughter, Kara, joined the team in 2009. The Zeder Team became one of the top residential real estate groups in Miami, consistently ranking in the top three groups in Miami-Dade County and the top one-half of one percent nationally.

Judy uses her unique expertise and creativity to provide her clients with the best possible real estate services in Miami. She also is a “full-service” relocation expert and has helped many families assimilate into the community with ease. Judy recognizes that every property she deals with represents a major and important investment for her clients, regardless of the price range. She provides the same respect and care for all of her clients, committing wholeheartedly to each of them, and believes that helping her clients through the purchase or sale of a home means “being available whenever they are.” Her skills, experience, dedication and vision, combined with the highest ethical standards, have produced consistently great results for her clients year after year.

For over 40 years, Judy has been active in the Miami community. She has chaired fundraising events and activities for every school her children attended, as well as The Junior League, Beaux Arts, the American Red Cross, Villagers, Kristi House, the Detroit branch of Women of Tomorrow, Doctors Hospital, Baptist Health System, United Way of Miami-Dade, Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, and The Underline. She has served as an officer or on the board of directors of many of these organizations, and currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Baptist Health of South Florida Foundation, the Doctors Hospital Foundation Council, and The Underline, and sits on the Community Advisory Board of Care Elementary School.

Judy was named a “2023 Most Influential Business Woman” by the South Florida Business Journal. That same year, she was the recipient of the Miami-Palm Beach Power Broker Awards’ “Philanthropic Impact Award” by The Hollywood Reporter for her continued community involvement.

Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, Judy graduated from Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Indiana in 1975. Shortly after moving to Miami in 1978, she met her future husband, Jon Zeder, marrying him in 1979. They are the proud parents of three children: Nathan, Evan and Kara, and also have six grandchildren.

In 2019, The Jills Zeder Group, affiliated with Coldwell Banker Realty, was formed. The Group is comprised of three families, all of which are major players in the luxury residential real estate business. These families include sisters Jill Eber and Felise Eber; Jill Hertzberg and her children Danny Hertzberg and Hillary Hertzberg Benson; and Judy Zeder and her children Nathan Zeder and Kara Zeder Rosen. Prior to The Jills Zeder Group’s formation in 2019, the families closed a combined total of more than $5 billion in real estate sales, including collaborating on multiple luxury sales in the Coral Gables market.
