Lynn Mauk Named Branch Vice President of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Ocean City, 104th Office

Mauk brings over 32 years of real estate experience and 27 years of management experience.
Originally from the Norfolk/Virginia Beach area, Mauk’s career in real estate began with a property management company in 1973. In 1984, she became a licensed REALTOR and received her Maryland Real Estate Brokers License in 1989. Healthy Food Drive Concludes with 60,819 Pounds of Donated Food Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s operations in Washington, D.C. and Baltimore surpasses donations from last year
WASHINGTON, D.C. (June 1, 2016)—Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s annual 10-day campaign to collect non-perishable, nutritious food for Washington, D.C. area food pantries came to a close on May 8.
Agents, clients, employees, and members of the community participated by dropping off food to a Coldwell Banker® branch office or to a Coldwell Banker open house. At the end of the campaign, Coldwell Banker distributed the donations to regional food pantries. Among all Coldwell Banker Mid-Atlantic offices, 60,819 pounds of food were donated to local food pantries.
The need for food donations is dire over the summer months as supplies have been depleted from winter and after Easter. Many
