Coldwell Banker Realty offers a secure, easy-to-navigate online application process, powered by National Tenant Network, Inc. (NTN). As part of our rental requirements, you will be asked to provide your employment and rental history and will undergo a credit check. Your Coldwell Banker Realty agent will guide you through the entire process, providing local insight, answering any questions you may have and reviewing rental forms and rental criteria.
Application Prep
Before you begin the tenant application process, make sure you have the following documentation ready:
- Your social security number
- Your driver’s license or state-issued ID card
- Employer’s information
- Addresses of your last two residences
- The legal name and valid email address for any co-applicant, if applicable
- A credit card to pay the application fee
Submit Your Application
Your Coldwell Banker Realty agent will provide you with the link to our secure rental application system, assist with completing your application and help with uploading any necessary documents. Be sure to provide all details for full application approval. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
After You Submit An Application
Once your application has been processed and approved, your Coldwell Banker Realty agent will share it with the landlord for review. Your application can be used multiple times within 60 days, subject to rental owner’s approval.
